It looks like these stirrups have been banged around.  1 of the stirrups is missing the side rivet.  I
t does stay closed on its own.  (See picture #7) I have contacted JT International.  According to them, they are out of the stirrups right now, but will send me a rivet as soon as it becomes available.
Also, there is some sort of residue on the stirrups where the pads would normally be (See Picture #6).
These stirrups do NOT include pads.
High quality aluminum stirrups with spring loaded outside release for safety. When pressure is applied to outside of stirrup like in a fall the side of the stirrup will open all the way up allowing the foot to be released. 4 3/4” x 4 1/4” inside measurement, 6 1/8” outside height,
