Suitable for leather and many types of fabric, this Fabric Neon paint made in Japan by Seiwa can be used to customize your favorite clothes, bags, shoes, and many similar items. It produces a brighter, bolder color than other conventional paints and will appear the same when applied on either light or dark-colored surfaces with its opaque finish. Suitable to use on many types of fabric, including cotton, rayon, linen, silk, polyester, and denim. It does not crack or break easily as it is developed to be elastic and flexible enough to resist folds and stretches.
Using various kinds of materials such as stencils, rubber stamps, and brushes can help you create different designs for your leather and fabric-made items. Fabrier Neon has four vivid colors you can choose from (each sold separately). Iron at the appropriate temperature for the fabric to improve its durability.

Ingredient:
• Water-Based Acrylic Resin Pigment
Use Fabrier similar to using ordinary paint. When applied on cloth, wait for it to be dry enough to be touched then iron it at a temperature appropriate for the kind of fabric used. For the leather application of Fabrier, brush with leather lacquer to finish your work. For a thin coat, the normal drying period is 20 to 30 minutes (1 day for complete drying).
To use this Fabrier on leathercraft cutting edges, first, polish the edges by applying burnishing gum and rubbing with a leather slicker afterward. Then smooth it out using 400 grit sandpaper. Repeat the process but use 800 grit sandpaper for smoothing. Prepare the Fabrier, cotton brush or any similar brush, and a clean ceramic bowl or any small container. Mix an adequate amount of Fabrier with a diluent or a small amount of water in a ceramic bowl to thin it out if needed. Apply with a brush to the edges of the leather and let dry for a few minutes. For better results, reapply the paint and run it again with a leather slicker. Using 2000 grit sandpaper, smooth the cutting edge. Finish by reapplying Fabrier one last time and letting it dry.
