Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed significant scuffs and scratches on the body of the device.
There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the top, sides and bottom of the device.
There is a noticeable dent on the bottom of the device (see picture #12).
There is some cosmetic damage to the 4th from the top right soft key (see picture #3).
All ports and connectors are in fair cosmetic condition and shows signs of rust.
I was able to power on the device using a standard power cord with bare wire on the end connected to the power terminal.
The display works as it should.
I was able to test the Meter, Event, Status, Other, Set, Group and most of the soft key buttons to be working.
The Target Reset, CNTRL, bottom left soft key and 4th from the top right soft key buttons are non-functional.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a non-working item.
