    Description

    This brush is a 3/4” tinter for painting china, porcelain, bisque and dolls, for use with oil media.  The brush was made in Germany, and sold under the brand of porcelain artist Ruth P. Cooper.   A very well-made brush with metal ferrule.   See Photos!
    The brush is unused, in perfect new condition.  As with all good quality brushes, please condition gently with oil before use.
